Each All-in Shootout runs at 18:50 ET daily from November 9, 2020 to November 14, 2020 and at 16:50 ET on November 15, 2020. To be in with the chance of winning you must register manually with your ticket on the day of the All-in Shootout.

- Play a Pennsylvania 1st Anniversary Series event and fail to reach the money to receive a Second Chance All-in Shootout Freeroll ticket. You can use your freeroll ticket for any of the Second Chance All-in Shootout Freerolls running from November 9 to November 15, 2020.

- Players can use their freeroll ticket for any of the Second Chance All-in Shootout Freerolls running from November 9 to November 15, 2020.

- All freeroll tickets awarded through this promotion will expire after November 15, 2020 and if unused, will be forfeited.
- Pennsylvania 1st Anniversary Series event and satellite tickets won in Second Chance Freerolls will be valid for 365 days. If unused during Pennsylvania 1st Anniversary Series, they can be used for any regular tournaments or satellites on PokerStars with the equivalent buy-in.
