Instant eChecks: Deposits and withdrawals cancellation requests

We can’t cancel instant eChecks deposits on our end once you submit a request.

The time it takes for deposited funds to be debited from your bank account is automated. We have no control over it.

According to our Instant eChecks Terms and Conditions: “You agree that all payments initiated by you in which charges are made to your bank account are final and not reversible”.

Ensure you have enough funds available in your bank account until the deposit is debited. Having enough funds will avoid any returns and overdraft fees.

If your bank returns your deposit, we’ll inform you how to repay any funds should your user account balance turn negative.

Remember that we can’t cancel eCheck withdrawals once we send the request for processing. Once you submit a withdrawal request, our Security Department processes it within 72 business hours. After they approve your withdrawal, the funds should arrive in your bank account within 3-10 business days.
