      Withdrawing with PayPal

      PayPal is an e-wallet that allows you to make secure online purchases at many online merchants. It will let you deposit and withdraw funds to and from your account with us. You can open a PayPal account by visiting their website.

      Keep in mind that each user account can only use one PayPal account. Also, once you register a Paypal account with us, it can't be used in any other user account.

      Withdrawals using PayPal are available only for players who made at least one PayPal deposit in the last 12 months.

      How do I withdraw funds into my PayPal account?

      To withdraw with PayPal, follow these steps:

      1. Log in to your account. If you're on our website or using our mobile app:

      2. Select the 'Withdraw' tab.
      3. Enter your withdrawal amount and hit the green arrow to proceed.
      4. If you have any pending automatic withdrawals, you'll see:
        • The amount and the payment methods for each automatic withdrawal.
        • The payment methods available to withdraw any remaining amount.
      5. If you do not have any pending automatic withdrawals, select 'PayPal'.
      6. Hit the green arrow.
      7. Follow the onscreen instructions and submit your request.

      We'll always send the funds to the same PayPal account used to deposit and in the same currency. You can request up to three PayPal withdrawals in 24 hours. This timeframe starts from the time we approve your request, not from the time you submitted it.

      If you're using our mobile app, always remember to log out before closing the app properly. If you get blocked by the system, wait 10 minutes before logging back in.
