Instant eChecks: Withdrawal instructions

To confirm if this payment method is available in your area, please log into your account and go to the Cashier.


Note that any funds coming from Instant eChecks deposits will remain uncleared in our system for 7 days and cannot be withdrawn during this time.

In order to request a withdrawal via eChecks, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Cashier and select the Withdraw tab.
  2. Enter your withdrawal amount and select the Withdraw button.
  3. In the next screen, you'll be notified if you have any pending automatic withdrawals and the payment methods available to withdraw any remaining amount.
  4. If you do not have any pending automatic withdrawals, select Bank Transfer from the available payment methods. NOTE: look for the option that displays several bank logos.
  5. If you have used this method in the past 12 months, your banking details will be prepopulated. Otherwise, enter the requested details.
  6. Confirm all details are correct to avoid any delays or return fees and submit your request.

Your request will be reviewed and sent for processing within 72 hours and credited to your bank account within 2-5 business days.
