KO (Knockout) tournaments

In Knockout (KO) tournaments, every player has a bounty. Every time you eliminate an opponent, you win a player's bounty as cash.

When you buy into the tournament, you pay an extra fee as your bounty. For example, a KO tournament has a total buy-in of $27. $20 goes into the prize pool, $5 is your bounty and $2 is the tournament fee. You'll receive your bounty fee back if you win a tournament.

You can also enjoy two other types of KO tournaments:

  • Progressive Knockout tournaments
    • 50% of the buy-in goes into the prize pool and 50% is each player's initial bounty. Anytime you eliminate a player, you receive half of the bounty as cash, with the other half added to your bounty.
  • Progressive Total Knockout tournaments
    • 100% of the buy-in is each player’s initial bounty and there is no prize awarded at the end of the tournament. Anytime you eliminate a player, you receive half of the bounty as cash, with the other half added to your bounty.

To find KO tournaments, enter ‘KO’ in the ‘Find a tournament’ search box under the 'Tourney' and 'Sit & Go' tabs.
