How do I take a screenshot?

To take a screenshot, follow these steps for your device.

 

Windows

Press the Windows logo key + ‘Print Screen’.

• This captures the entire screen
• The screenshot saves automatically to: Pictures → Screenshots

macOS

Press ‘Command’ + ‘Shift’ + ‘3’ simultaneously.

• This captures the entire screen
• The screenshot saves to your desktop

Android

Press and hold the ‘Volume Down’ and ‘Power’ buttons at the same time for 1–2 seconds.

• A confirmation animation appears
• Screenshots are saved in the ‘Screenshots’ folder in your Gallery or Photos app

iOS

The steps depend on your device:

• Face ID: Press and release the side button and volume up button at the same time
• Touch ID: Press and release the side button and ‘Home’ button at the same time
• A confirmation animation appears
• The screenshot saves to your Photos app under: Collections → Screenshots

How do I send a screenshot to PokerStars?

You can send screenshots through:

• Live Chat in the PokerStars software
• Live Chat in the mobile app
• Live Chat on the website

Include your username when contacting Support.

For best results:

• Send an uncropped image showing your full screen
• Include any additional details that help explain the issue
