If the order status is still set as 'New', you can cancel or change it by heading to:
My Rewards → Rewards Store → Redemption History → Cancel Redemption

Unfortunately, you can't make changes to PokerStars Store orders. This is because we process them right after they're placed.
Before submitting an order, make sure that all your details are correct in the 'Checkout' area. If something is wrong with your order, get in touch with us, and we'll arrange a return or a replacement.
