Disconnecting when using a cellular/mobile data connection

We don't recommend using cellular (mobile data) connections to access our software because cellular connections can suffer from continued small packet losses.

These are tiny disconnections that happen when packets of data don't reach their destination due to network congestion, hardware and software issues, or other factors. Our servers see this packet loss as a disconnection, and a break in the flow of data will impact your session.

For the best experience when using our software, try switching to a more reliable connection type such as DSL, cable, or fiber broadband connections.
