Home Games: information, rules, Terms and Conditions

Before opening a Home Games Club, make sure you review our full Home Games Terms and Conditions and keep in mind these rules.

Players are not allowed to choose a Homes Games Club name, image, or logo which:

  • Is offensive, unlawful, obscene, indecent, abusive, pornographic, libelous, defamatory, threatening, liable to incite racial hatred, or blasphemous.
  • Violates any law. Infringes the intellectual property or other rights of PokerStars or any third-party.
  • Contains any of the following: a URL of any kind, another username, the name of a poker professional, or any other celebrity (unless it's also your own name or that person is the Club Manager or a Member of your Club).
  • Includes any special characters.
  • Contains the name or promotes the services of one of our competitors.

Home Games financial benefits

Players cannot benefit financially from Home Games (whether as a Club Manager or Member), except from legitimate winnings in games.

For example, players must not:

  • Charge Members a fee for joining a Club.
  • Charge rake from the hands played within a Club.
  • Earn money from advertising revenue.

Players can't use Home Games to promote any service or product of any party except ours, for example, by linking to third parties websites or displaying the advertising of third parties. Players must not in any way encourage Members to play poker on the websites of PokerStars competitors.

Rake and reward points in Home Games

The rake for cash games and tournaments in Home Games is the same as the rake in our regular real money games.

Likewise, reward points, which contribute to the completion of your progress bar, are also awarded at the same rate as our regular real money games.
